Course About
Learn where to view the course description and download the course syllabus and other course materials.
The course about page displays the course description and course downloads. It provides information to help students understand what the course is about as well as access to course materials like the syllabus.
There are two ways to view the course about page:
- Click on a class in your classes list, then choose About in the side panel.
- From the class list, next to the class name click the options menu [...] and select About.
Note
Some schools do not include the Course About page, you may not see it in the side panel.
Course Description
The Description section provides an overview of the course, including information like the course purpose, key topics, and ideas. Reviewing this will help you to understand what you will learn throughout the class.
Downloads
The Downloads section provides a list of files for students to view and reference during the class. These files usually include the syllabus and other helpful references. To download the files click the file, and choose the save location.
