Announcements

Learn about viewing announcements from your instructors.

Announcements contain information from your instructor for the entire class. Instructors send announcements for a variety of reasons, including weekly updates, class news, video messages, and more. Announcements are similar in to messages but do not provide an option to reply.

Viewing Announcement list

To view announcements for all courses, click the the bell icon top right.
Open the class by clicking on the title, then the Dashboard announcements section.
In a class click Announcements, in the side panel.

How to mark an Announcements as Read.

Open the announcement from one of the views above to mark it as read. Your instructor will be able to see that you have viewed the announcement and it will appear in a grey color.
